ALL IITs CSE Cutoff 2026: JosAA closing Rank for Computor Science in IITs

ALL IITs CSE Cutoff 2026: Check the IIT Computer Science (CSE) Round 2 JoSAA Counselling 2026 cutoff for all IITs. Compare Gender-Neutral and Female closing ranks category-wise.

The IIT Computer Science cutoff for Round 2 of JoSAA Counselling 2026 has been announced. As the JoSAA counselling process is underway, the second-round seat allotment data is now available. Here, you can check the category-wise Computer Science closing ranks for all IITs, including both Gender-Neutral and Female candidates.

In IIT Bombay, the Round 2 closing rank was 65 for the Gender-Neutral category, while it was 395 for the Female category. Similarly, IIT Delhi recorded a slightly higher closing rank, with 123 for the Gender-Neutral category and 621 for the Female category.

The table below includes the Round 2 Computer Science cutoffs for IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, and all other IITs. These top IITs continue to require the highest JEE Advanced ranks for admission, and there is very little chance that their cutoffs will increase significantly in the upcoming rounds.

However, newer IITs such as IIT Bhilai, IIT Dharwad, IIT Jammu, and IIT Palakkad offer comparatively better chances of securing admission to Computer Science. As you can see, candidates with a JEE Advanced 2026 rank of around 7,000 to 8,000 have secured seats in these IITs in one of the most demanding engineering branches.

A similar trend can also be seen in the Female category. While the top IITs require much lower ranks for Computer Science admission, the newer IITs have Female category cutoffs ranging from approximately 12,000 to 13,000 in Round 2. These cutoffs are expected to increase further in the upcoming rounds and may go up to around 15,000.

Students seeking admission to Computer Science should not lose hope, as JoSAA Counselling 2026 still has Round 3, Round 4, and Round 5 remaining. There is still a good chance of cutoff movement in the upcoming rounds, especially in the newer IITs.
